disneyweddingboards: Up is one of the most requested Disney-themed weddings. Who wouldn’t want to start their marriage the same way as Carl and Ellie? I have only one problem with Up inspired weddings: I hate balloons as wedding decorations. I know it makes sense for the Up theme, but balloons in general just scream tacky to me. I always think of those balloon arches at proms of the 80s. As you can see, the only instance I allowed balloons for this wedding was the bridal portrait (and the fake ones for the cake). One thing I really want to mention is the mailbox next to the cake, used as a collection for cards.
